Matthew 15:32... Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I have compassion for these people; they have already been with me three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry, or they may collapse on the way.”
WHY DO WE CARE LESS?
1. WE ARE BECOMING MORE OBSESSED WITH OURSELVES.
2. OVERWHELMING EXPOSURE TO SUFFERING DESENSITIZES US.
3. LACK OF PERSONAL INTERACTION MAKES IT EASIER NOT TO CARE.
1. TRUE COMPASSION DEMANDS ACTION.
TO SAY YOU CARE BUT NOT ACT IS TO NOT CARE AT ALL.
Mark 1:40-41 (NLT)
2. COMPASSION EXPRESSED
1) COMPASSION INTERRUPTS
2) COMPASSION COSTS
3) COMPASSION CHANGES Lives
LIVE IT OUT
